With Covid still around, please cancel any session if you have been exposed or are feeling sick. Our studio is cleaned daily with hospital grade cleaners. Machines and props are cleaned after each session. Hand sanitizer and masks are available. We also offer a sanitizing machine for your phone and keys. Let’s continue to stay safe!
Conveniently located in the Green Hills area of Nashville, Willow offers private and semi-private Pilates sessions, Gyrotonic, and Power Plate instruction, as well as a host of core fitness classes including Tower Pilates mat classes, Pilates reformer classes, Pilates Medley, Barre classes, Core Fit classes, Yoga virtual classes, TRX Core classes, interval training, and dance/fusion classes. Our experienced and friendly instructors are eager to help you achieve that long, lean, willowy body.
Our Philosophy
At Willow Studio we are committed to honoring the integrity of the methods of Joseph Pilates and to teaching with fresh and innovative techniques. Owner, Bambi Watt, is trained in the True Pilates method by the world-renowned protégé of Joseph Pilates, Romana Kryzanowska. Our classically trained instructors are some of the most experienced in middle Tennessee and have the ability to teach in a flowing style, heal chronic weaknesses, and transform clients’ bodies. Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels and body types. Ideally, private sessions are recommended for those new to Pilates so that an instructor can develop a workout tailored to the client's needs and give true individual attention. For quality purposes, training sessions for men and women are available in private, duets, trios and quad sessions. Group classes are restricted to a maximum of 5-6 clients. With our NEW bright, open, airy space, Willow is a fully equipped studio that includes quality equipment from Gratz, the original manufacturer of Pilates equipment as designed by Joseph Pilates.
