New Clients
All new clients are asked to fill out our Client Liability Form prior to their first session at Willow.  This form helps set up your account and lets your instructor know about any medical conditions that could affect your workout.  If a client would like to fill out the form at Willow, please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session.

Mobile phones
Please silence cell phones prior to entering Willow.  Cell phone usage is not allowed in Willow.

Studio attire
Please wear yoga,/Pilates style pants for your workout.  Socks are optional.  For Barre Classes, non-slip socks are required.  To protect our equipment, please avoid clothing with zippers.  For TRX and Core Circuit, tennis shoes are preferred.

Parking
Please park in the back of the building.  If needed, you can also park up front.

Studio access
Our group classes take place on the second floor of our studio.  For safety reasons, if no one is on the first floor of Willow, the front door will be locked.  If you will be late to a class, please call before the scheduled start time, so the class instructor will know that you are coming.  Because our classes have a set flow and time frame, it is not possible to pause to let late people in, so PLEASE do your best to be on time to all night and Saturday classes.

Fitness levels
Pilates is NOT recommended for pregnant women who are new to Pilates.  This is a safety issue. Pregnant women are allowed to do Xtend Barre as long as they tell the instructor before the class and wear a heart rate monitor.

Childcare
Willow does not offer childcare.  If a client brings a sick child who cannot attend school to Willow, we will be forced to ask them to leave.  This is to protect our trainers and clients.

Late and no-shows
Clients that are 15+ minutes late will lose their paid session if they have not called to report their delay.  

Late Cancel Fees are applied to private, duet, trio, quad, etc. sessions if 24 hour notice is not given.  Classes can be canceled up to 4 hours before the class. With Unlimited Class Packages, clients will be charged $15 for late cancels and no-shows.

Fees & payment
Classes require payment in full prior to the class or at time of service. Please book all classes online.  If space is available in a class, drop ins are always welcome.  Membership is not required for any sessions or classes.  Membership allows clients to purchase package deals and offers lower prices for classes and sessions.

All private, duet, etc. packages expire 12 months after purchase.  Class packages expire 6 months after purchase unless otherwise noted.  For special circumstances, like pregnancy or surgery, packages can be frozen for a few months.  Willow does NOT offer refunds.

Late cancel fees WILL apply to Pilates sessions not cancelled 24 hours out.  Classes must be cancelled 4+ hours out.  No-shows and late cancels for classes will be charged the price of the class.  Unlimited package holders will be charged $15.
