FULL MAT training includes training for beginner, intermediate, and advance mat exercises. You will have the knowledge and certification to teach all levels of Pilates Mat instruction. The Full Mat course is available as a live virtual ZOOM course or in person, or a combination of both.

The COMPREHENSIVE training program includes all mat and apparatus over eight training weekends that span over a three month period, four practical exams, and access to a fully equipped training center for observation and practice. Upon completion, you will be certified to teach group and private sessions on all of the Classical Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Magic Circle, Pedipul and more. You will have the knowledge to pursue a part-time or full-time career in Pilates.
Note: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Mat are included in the Comprehensive Program.
